Matt Kelleher House and Studio Project Title Page

In October 2008, we purchased this abandoned house as a restoration project. As of July 2010, the exterior walls are completely rebuilt and the photos below show how the interior space has been redisigned. We are handing the project over to a contractor and his crew to finish the major projects of insulation, drywall, roof, flooring and siding. In the end, the 1200 sq. ft. house will have two studio spaces, two bedrooms, one bathroom, raised ceilings, and a large kitchen/living room space.
