Demolition started in the kitchen. The floor, cabinets, and counters were all permanently removed and disposed. Years of neglect, rodents building nests in the drawers and water damage around the sink meant nothing could be saved. The sink can maybe be used in the studio.
Rough saw rafters that will be raised for more headroom. A 7'3" ceiling is a little short.
An old chimney for a wood-fired cookstove and an interior wall that used to be an exterior board and batton wall.
Patterns found in the kitchen.
