| Demolition of the house took 13 days in January. I striped everything down to the studs. The drywall and insulation proved to be unusable. The insulation was just R-11, even in the ceiling. Rodents had balled up most of the insulation into nests. Evidence of mice, rats, snakes, and possum was found in the attic. The space felt much better the minute I removed all the junk. The good wood will be reused and the rest was burned. All drywall and insulation was taken away in a dumpster. | ||||||||||||||||||
