PURCHASES
To purchase any items from the sales gallery, please notify Matt Kelleher via e-mail with the item number and your contact information (name and shipping address) and preferred payment method (credit card or check). We will respond via e-mail with a total and expected delivery date.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
*For our Internet customers, we are offering FREE shipping on many orders. If your order requires shipping charges, the payment for shipping must accompany the purchase payment.
Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment via UPS ground or priority mail. For an additional charge, your order can be expedited. International shipping is available for higher shipping costs. The international buyer will be notified of actual shipping charges for approval before shipping occurs. We reserve the right to adjust your invoice based on final shipping costs incurred.
RETURNS
Returns on un-used pottery may be exchanged for other pottery within 30 days of original invoice date of purchase. Return postage is not refundable. Please contact us via e-mail for return authorization and shipping instructions.
