Thrown and Handbuilt Pitchers
Course Description:
In this workshop we will investigate the pitcher and all its parts through throwing and handbuilding demonstrations. Each participant will be encouraged to try all the techniques for bodies, spouts, and handles to discover new combinations and solutions. You will finish the workshop with a better understanding of pitcher composition, an assortment of spout patterns, and both bisqued and greenware pitchers.
